NOTICE: PROCESSION OF RIVER SPECIES CANCELLED FOR 2008

Dear friends of the river species:

Due to several family emergencies among the organizational volunteers of the Procession, we are canceling the procession this year. I regret this decision but realize that many of the “green” crowd are already overwhelmed trying to respond to Glade Reservoir and to Uranium mining and climate change. While I hope the Procession contributes to those issues, I suspect most of you are probably too busy to participate this year. >> more
